Sandra “Sandy” Brown is a Raytheon vice president and president of RGNext, a Raytheon
majority owned joint venture with General Dynamics Information Technology. She leads a
business of 3500 employees and is responsible for a broad portfolio, including space launch
and range services, space protection, tracking and object identification, missile warning and
defense, and cyber and software solutions.
Prior to her current role, Brown was a senior director on the Corporate Program
Management Excellence team, reporting to the Corporate Program Management Excellence
vice president of Raytheon Company. She was previously director of the Combat Training
Center and Support Mission program area of Global Training & Logistics (GTL) Mission Area
within the former Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) business.
Since joining Raytheon in 2000, Brown has held numerous challenging positions in program
management, engineering, business transformation, and operations management. Brown
was recognized in 2015 with the Raytheon Corporate Program Leadership award and the IIS
Leadership Award. For her career contributions, Brown was also formally recognized by The
White House, former First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden, as part of the Joining
Forces initiative.
